RO technology is a highly efficient and energy-saving method. It relies on pressure to separate water from ions, thereby achieving purification and concentration.
This process involves no phase change, generally does not require heating, has low energy consumption, and offers numerous advantages such as low operating costs, no pollution, convenient operation, reliable performance, and high-quality purified water. It is widely applied in industries such as pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemicals, food processing, and seawater desalination. Reverse osmosis technology has become the preferred water treatment technology in modern industry.

The semi-automatic filling equipment is an integrated device for bottle washing, filling, capping, sealing, and finished product delivery. It adopts a reliable, easy-to-operate, and low-maintenance programmable control system and pneumatic control system. The entire bottle washing, filling, and capping process is conducted within a sealed tunnel, effectively preventing potential secondary contamination of purified water during filling. It fully complies with hygiene standards and achieves sterile production, making it the ideal purified water filling equipment currently available.
After installation and commissioning by our company's technical personnel, the water quality meets 3US standards, significantly below national drinking water standards.
