Water softening equipment does not produce water:

SOLUTION: Regularly inspect and clean the salt drum or tank to ensure it is working properly.

Leakage Problems:
CAUSE: Pipe connections or valves in the water softening equipment may be leaking.
SOLUTION: Regularly inspect and repair leaks.

Controller malfunction:
CAUSE: The controller in the water softening equipment may be malfunctioning.
SOLUTION: Check the power and connections to the controller to ensure it is working properly. If the controller is damaged, the controller may need to be replaced or repaired.

Water quality monitoring problem:
CAUSE: Water softening equipment is usually equipped with water quality monitoring instruments to monitor the water quality and the working condition of the resin.
