Assuming that the content of calcium and magnesium ions is too high, it will hinder the extraction of the main components of coffee such as caffeine, high-quality tannins. At this time, the water purifier can play its purifying effect. On the other hand, such as water with higher hardness, its impact will also be directly reflected on the bitter taste of coffee.
