Water Purifier Common Troubleshooting
Are you often anxious because of a small problem with the water purifier in the customer's home, today let's take a look at some of the common faults and repairs of water purifiers.

First, the high pressure pump does not start, can not make water
1, check whether the power is out, whether the plug is plugged in.
2, check whether the low pressure switch is out of order, can not be connected to the power supply.
3, check whether the pump and transformer short-circuit, or the whole machine line connection is wrong.
4、Check whether the high pressure switch or water level controller is out of order and can not be reset.
5, check whether the computer box is faulty (refers to the microcomputer type).

Second, the high-pressure pump works normally, but can not make water.
1, high-pressure pump loss of pressure.
2, the water solenoid valve has a fault can not enter the water (pure water and wastewater are not) (whether or not the connection is reversed).
3、Pre-filter cartridge clogging (pure water and wastewater are not or wastewater is very small).
4, the backstop valve failure (wastewater without pure water).
5, automatic flushing solenoid valve failure, can not be effectively closed (has been in the flushing state).
6, computer box failure can not close the backwash solenoid valve (has been in the flushing state).
7, RO membrane clogging.

Third, the high-pressure pump does not stop.
1, high pressure pump pressure is not enough to reach the high pressure set pressure.
2, the backstop valve is clogged, not out of pure water.
3, high pressure failure, can not jump.
4, solenoid valve failure, can not effectively open.

Fourth, the high-pressure pump stops, but the wastewater does not stop
1, solenoid valve failure, can not effectively cut off water.
2, the computer box is faulty, can not close the solenoid valve (refers to the microcomputer type).
3, the water solenoid valve is not closed tightly, or installed in reverse. Backstop valve back to the water caused by wastewater non-stop, two cases can flow away from the wastewater is not the same, the former is tap water, the latter is pure water. Water quality is not the same, the amount of water is not the same. The former is more flushing, after a smaller flow, due to the check valve caused by non-stop wastewater, you can close the storage bucket ball valve, wastewater flow stops, you can judge.
4, solenoid valve failure, can not effectively cut off the water (check method: close the pressure bucket ball valve, such as still wastewater, it can be concluded that the solenoid valve failure).
5, there is a situation, close the water solenoid valve and then open, if the machine is normal, it is determined that the water pressure is too high, resulting in the solenoid valve can not be closed flexibly, then consider adjusting the water into the total expanse of water in order to reduce water pressure.
6, the backstop valve pressure, wastewater is very small, check method: close the water solenoid valve, such as still wastewater, it can be concluded that the backstop valve pressure.

Five, the water is full, the machine repeatedly jump, the frequency is faster and can not completely stop.
1, the original water pressure is insufficient.
2, the backstop valve pressure relief please replace.
3, high pressure switch or level switch failure.
4, the system has a pressure relief phenomenon to check whether the components are leaking.

Sixth, the pressure bucket full of water, but the pure water can not flow out
1、Pressure bucket air pressure drain.
2, after the activated carbon clogging.
3, pressure bucket ball valve is damaged.

Seven, insufficient pure water flow
1, the first three filter cartridges clogged.
2, high pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
3, RO membrane clogging.
4, the wastewater ratio is out of adjustment or wastewater valve is not closed.
5, after the active carbon clogging.
6, pressure drum pressure is insufficient or internal damage.
7, the water temperature is too low.
8, raw water pressure is too low.

Eight, what is the cause of water leakage near the pipeline interface?
1, check whether the PE pipe head cut flat.
2、Check whether the pipe plug is plugged in place.
3、Check whether the screw is tightened.

Nine, what is the cause of abnormal noise during the operation of the water machine?
1、Check whether the check valve is out of order or aging.
2、Check whether the quality of the booster pump has problems.

Ten, the water machine can not meet the daily water production requirements is the reason?
1, check whether the calculation is wrong.
2, check whether the pump pressure is in place.
3、Check whether the wastewater valve or wastewater proportioner is too conductive.
4, check whether the water temperature is too low .

Eleven, no thick water discharge from the pipe, the pure water and tap water TDS value is the same, why?
May appear in the product just installed, a wide range of dismantling the water machine, from the new installation. May be a mistake between the high-pressure pump and RO membrane membrane shell water pipe directly to the rear of the active carbon tee, so that the high-pressure pump out of the tap water directly into the water storage tank. Treatment: the correct connection.

Twelve, the machine does not work for what reason?
1, check whether the power outage, plug inserted firmly.
2、Check whether the low-pressure switch wiring plug is off or out of order to cause the power contacts can not be returned to the position.
3、Check whether the connection wire of each terminal is off.
4、Check whether the tap water pressure is too low to cause the low pressure switch does not work.
Handling method:
1、Connect the dislodged plug.
2、Replace the low pressure switch.
3、Fit the disconnected connecting wire.

Thirteen, produced by the bad taste of pure water or odor, why?
1、Check the RO membrane filtration effect, whether it is reduced or failure.
2、Check whether the pure water and wastewater end of RO membrane shell is isolated or cracked.
3, check whether the RO membrane rubber ring is the right size or broken at one end.
4, check whether the role of post-completion activated carbon is effective.

Fourteen, pure water and wastewater ratio is seriously out of proportion.
1, check whether the flushing solenoid valve is damaged.
2, check whether the wastewater proportioner is clogged or too conductive.
3, check whether the RO membrane is clogged or the removal rate is seriously reduced.

Fifteen, the machine does not stop flushing
Wastewater ratio failure or flushing head is not tight.

Sixteen, loud noise 
1, check whether the raw water pipeline water, resulting in booster pump idling, resulting in water purifier noise.
2, check whether the raw water is normal, if it is a towerless water supply, whether there is gas in the water.
3, check whether the booster pump failure, excessive vibration, friction sound, etc.
4, check whether the water purifier is placed firmly.
5, check whether the water pipe is too long, the pump vibration makes the water pipe knocking the casing.
6, check whether the hot water boiling caused by excessive noise.
7, check whether the compressor is normal.

Seventeen, water leakage
1, check the water purifier water circuit, find leaks.
2, check whether the small joint leakage.
3, check whether the water dispenser is leaking.
If the leak is very small, not easy to check, you can use a dry tissue paper test.

Eighteen, not out of pure water
1, check the water dispenser piping, rationalize the water dispenser piping.
2, check the water dispenser power supply, connect the water dispenser 220V AC, if the water dispenser input power is normal, check the transformer output voltage.
3, check whether the high pressure switch or float switch is out of order, can not jump back.
4, check the water inlet solenoid valve, whether it is normal. Unscrew the solenoid valve outlet, turn on the power, check whether the water, such as no water, turn to the next step in the test, open the raw water ball valve, test the reverse osmosis membrane before the cartridge is clogged, such as clogging replacement, if the water, the solenoid valve is damaged.
5, check whether the pressure after the booster pump pump pressure to meet the requirements. If less than 0.3MPa need to be replaced.
6, open the reverse osmosis membrane pure water port, such as no water, reverse osmosis membrane damage.
7, check whether the wastewater discharge is too large, so that pure, wastewater ratio is out of proportion.
8, check whether the rear activated carbon filter is clogged.

Nineteen, TDS value is too high
1, the first test raw water TDS value, R / O membrane desalination rate of 96% or so.
2, if the newly replaced reverse osmosis membrane needs to run for 20 minutes, and then measured.
3, to confirm the storage barrel of pure water storage time is too long.
4, such as the new replacement of the post activated carbon also needs to be flushed.
5, when measuring the quality of pure water, please measure from the reverse osmosis membrane pure water port.
6, if the calculated desalination rate of RO membrane is less than 90%, measurement should be considered whether there is an internal leakage. Can be processed as follows: remove the RO membrane, in the RO membrane on the left side of the two small waterproof rubber ring, you can wrap the appropriate amount of raw tape in these two small rubber ring, and then reloaded to measure.
7, RO membrane removal rate is reduced.
8, RO membrane shell of pure water mouth cracks, pure water mixed with wastewater.
9, high pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
10, raw water TDS value is too high.
11, the pre-filter element is not regularly replaced.
12, exclude the above reasons can be replaced after the reverse osmosis membrane .

Twenty, the machine does not stop
1, high pressure switch is damaged.
2, insufficient pressure booster pump.
3, backstop valve clogging.
4, computer box control failure.
5, high pressure pump pressure is insufficient.
6, pre-filter or RO membrane clogging.

Twenty-one, booster pump leakage
Booster pump head fixing screws loose or gasket aging.

Twenty-two, the host start in the automatic flushing, the pump will be moving and stopping
Raw water pressure is insufficient or the first polypropylene fiber is blocked. Please install the press or replace the cartridge.
The machine is in the state of stopping, but the wastewater flow does not stop.

Twenty-three,The water inlet solenoid valve can not be locked,
please disassemble and check whether there are debris stuck or damaged.

Twenty-four, drinking water is not pure
1, RO membrane desalination rate is reduced or even failure.
2, RO membrane tube of pure water and wastewater is not strictly separated from the end of the crack phenomenon.
3, RO membrane rubber band is too small or broken at one end.

Twenty-five, do not make water, and “flute - flute -” long alarm
1, water, electricity is normal.
2, increase the pump to turn, there is no wastewater, if there is wastewater, water intake system, drainage system, no problem, the check valve stuck, no pure water out of the faucet; membrane is scrapped in advance, or has reached the end of its service life, over the water is not smooth or no water; other places there is no blockage.
3, if there is no wastewater, check whether the water solenoid valve is not open, the water through the past; in addition to check whether the cartridge has been blocked, to the replacement period. 4, the pump does not turn, there is no water, check whether the cartridge is blocked, whether the motor is damaged.
5, the pump does not have pressure (the pump is also running).
6, the circuit is not normal check the circuit.

Twenty-six, the machine starts frequently
Backstop valve back to the water, high pressure switch pressure is set too high

According to the role of each component to determine its failure
1, water purifier high pressure switch water full does not stop, lack of water does not start.
2, water purifier backstop valve
Failure one: the failure is manifested in the waste water does not stop, the water quality is good;
Failure two: the failure is manifested in the high-pressure pump running when no pure water is used;
Failure three: failure to show that the backstop valve spool stuck but not pure water, water purifier running normally, the indicator light is normal, but not water.
3, water purifier water inlet solenoid valve
Failure of one: the failure is manifested in the closure of the wastewater does not stop, poor water quality, high flow.
Failure No. 2: Failure of the water solenoid valve can not be opened, do not enter the water, resulting in the production of pure water, characterized by the computer board display is normal, the pump is running normally, there is no wastewater.
4, water purifier low pressure switch
Failure of one: the failure is manifested in the stoppage of water does not stop
Failure No. 2: Failure to show that there is water, water pressure is normal, do not start, short-circuit method.
5, water purifier flushing solenoid valve
Failure of one: the failure is not flushing, solenoid valve can not be opened.
Failure No. 2: Failure to close the poor, wastewater in the flow, wastewater flow, the pressure will be reduced a lot, causing no water production in serious cases. 
6, water purifier high-pressure pump
Pressure is not enough, can not make water normally, not stop, not up to the pressure of the high pressure switch to stop, making water is not normal water quality is not good.
7, water purifier pressure drum
Failure of one: the failure is not out of water or less water, a low gas pressure or no air pressure; a water gallon leakage, air nozzle water, can not be repaired, change
Failure No. 2: Failure to show yellow water, PE liner rupture, resulting in direct contact between the water and the steel drum, rust, and tasteless.
8, pure water machine RO membrane
Removal rate is low, below 90%, abnormal. With the passage of time, the increase in water consumption, the removal rate, water production gradually decreased.
9, water purifier cartridge
One of the failures: clogging, the first level of clogging (green moss, bacteria, sediment clogging). Show water stoppage. The second and third level of clogging, no wastewater and no water production, and water solenoid valve did not open the same, segmentation exclusion method.
Failure of the second: Failure to show the failure of the fifth level of clogging, full of water, not out of pure water, segmentation exclusion method.
Failure of three: the failure of the cartridge failure, affecting the life of the machine components and the effect.
